Steel, cable and a survey.

Liqiang builds amusement rides in Zhengzhou, Henan. The zipline line is the part of the business that crosses terrain rather than sitting on a concrete pad.

Who we are

A ride manufacturer that also does structures.

Most amusement equipment is a machine in a fixed footprint. A zipline is a structure spread across a landscape, and that changes what the manufacturer has to be good at — cable mechanics, station foundations, anchor loads, and the survey work that precedes all three.

We have been building rides for scenic areas and parks for over a decade. The zipline work grew out of clients asking for something that used the terrain they already owned instead of clearing a flat pad for it.

  • Own workshop for cutting, welding and assembly
  • Hot-dip galvanising as a standard finish, not an upgrade
  • Engineering calculations supplied with each order
  • Documentation package for local acceptance
  • Operator training and a written maintenance schedule

How we work

What we will and will not tell you.

Zipline buyers get told a lot of things. Here is where we draw our own lines.

We will not quote from a photo.

Span, drop and terrain decide everything. A price given before those are known is a number that will change, and changing numbers after a deposit is how projects go wrong.

We will not promise your local approval.

We build to Chinese special equipment regulations and supply the technical file, material certificates and inspection reports. Operating approval is decided by your authority, not by us, and we will not pretend otherwise.

We will not promise a date we cannot hold.

Production time depends on span, configuration and factory load. We commit to a schedule in writing on your order, with the start point defined — deposit cleared and drawings approved.

We will tell you if it is the wrong product.

If your site has no usable drop, a zipline is not the answer. We would rather say so than sell a line that runs too slow to be fun or needs a tower tall enough to change the budget.

From order to operation

The sequence.

Enquiry & survey

You send span, elevations and terrain. We review whether the site supports a gravity line, and what configuration.

Engineering

Cable sizing, sag and clearance, arrival speed, braking distance, anchor loads. Foundation drawings issued to you.

Production

Structure fabricated and galvanised, cable cut to length, hardware and harnesses packed for sea freight.

Installation & handover

Installation sequence and drawings, engineering supervision if required, then operator training and the maintenance schedule.

Where we are

Zhengzhou, Henan.

Manufacturing and assembly sit in Zhengzhou, in central China, with rail and road access to the ports at Qingdao and Shanghai for sea freight.

We work in English over email and WhatsApp, and we are GMT+8 — so a morning message from Europe or the Americas usually lands in our working day.

Talk to someone who reads surveys.

Send the elevation profile or even a sketch with spot heights. We will tell you what the line can do.
